NHADA Education Foundation is partnering with the Community College System of NH in offering our members an opportunity to participate in a registered apprenticeship program. This is an “earn as you learn” model that:

• Is employer-driven: meets your company’s needs
• Includes structured on-the-job training that enables growing your own workforce to your specifications
• Provides classroom instruction that supports on-the-job training. Funding is available for tuition through grants, Job
• Training Fund and other state and federal resources
• Incorporates progressive wages based on skill gains
